We pick chamomile by hand, and it does take a while, but we never have more than a quart or two of fresh blossoms. I've seen people use blueberry rakes, the ones you use to harvest wild blueberries, and they're the perfect size for chamomile blossoms: instagram.com/p/CDznqMI…
