Black Pepper tea is a great one if you have a cold tummy or need a warmup. I was suprised when I tried it how nice it is. Even with milk. Good health properties as well.

Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom and experience… I am an older mom/grandma who is just trying to catch up with what my mom and grandma knew and wanted to pass on to a too busy young girl such as myself! So looking forward to delving into all of this!

A great place to start with herbs first which then leads into homeopathy as well. Something anyone can do is to plant medicinal herbs, then learn tinctures etc. Love your energy to do all that you do. Lorraine Willis

I love your content. How about the uses of Oregano? I don’t know a lot about it but it’s one of our favorite culinary herbs that I believe also has medicinal uses.

Herbal Academy has the best photographers and website production team anywhere! I subscribed to their herbarium for awhile, and it is pretty cool. But telling the truth, what ol' weedom1 needs more is social skill :-D, rather than herbal info. I picked a different herb school to learn from the most fun speaker how to make the herbal 'nerd power' more accessible to people. Incorporating herb info into a story or account of personal experience seems to make it easier for others to learn and use. Physicians attend meetings called "Grand Rounds", and they do "rounds" in groups to see patients at teaching hospitals and present case histories = stories.

For learning herbs themselves, nothing beats time in the lab, though. Get lost in the weeds, and bring some home to play with!
