This month I’m focusing on putting up meals, both in the canner and the freeze dryer, and I’m also testing out several new charcuterie recipes to add to my repertoire.
I’m hoping to have some guides on preserving meat without refrigeration for y’all later on this month, as well as new meal in a jar canning recipes. If you have any requests on that front, let me know.
But otherwise, ask anything!

I remember that you grew Victoria rhubarb from seed and I thought you posted about how you went about it. I just got the seed from Johnny’s, but now I can’t find that old post. Perhaps I imagined it! In any case, can you give me some pointers on growing rhubarb from seed? Thanks!
Hello! After considering the purchase of home freeze drier for few years now, I'm finally ready to commit.
